About My Order

Where can I find my tracking number?

If you didn’t get an email with your tracking number, contact us and we'll get you your tracking link.

My order hasn’t shipped yet. Where is it?

Our normal processing times are:

New Designs: 1-2 weeks

All other designs: 1-2 days

If you’ve been waiting longer than this, contact us and we’ll look into it right away! (Please note that shipping times may be delayed 2-3 business days during holidays.)

My order says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

That’s no good! Contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

U.S. Customers: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3 days, contact us right away. We’ll help get your package back on its journey to you door.

International Customers: It’s common for tracking to be delayed for several days with international delivery. If you’ve been waiting longer than you expected, contact us and we’ll investigate!

Returns and Exchanges

How do I exchange an item?

US customers: Contact us with your order number and our customer service team will send you a return label. Just print out our Return/Exchange Form and package it up with the items you wanted to exchange. We’ll do the rest!

International customers: All you have to do is print our Return/Exchange Form and mail it back to us with the items you wanted to exchange. We’ll take care of everything else!

How long does an exchange take?

We process all returns and exchanges by hand. On average, your new package will be shipped out within 48 hours of when we receive it. If you need your exchange rushed, contact us as soon as you can so we can help!

I saw that you received my exchange, why haven’t I gotten my new shirt yet?

On average, we take 48 hours to process an exchange after we receive it. However, during busy times it can take as long as 5-7 business days. If you need your exchange rushed, contact us right away!

Mis-ships

I got the wrong shirt! What do I do?

Just contact us with your order number and a description of what you received. We’ll take care of it right away!

I got someone else’s order!

Contact us with the information on the order you received, and we’ll fix it for you!

I only got part of my order!

Just contact us and let us know what was missing. We’ll get the rest of it on its way to you!

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

We ship the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom! If your country isn’t on the list, contact us and we’ll see if we can add your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by country. Most international packages arrive 3-4 weeks after they are shipped. If you select expedited shipping, your package should arrive 4-5 business days after it is shipped.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.

Can I use one of your designs for my blog/video/avatar/wallpaper?

You can use our designs for personal use only as long as you link back to Simply Fearless!

I can’t believe you made this tee! I’m offended!

We donate $1 per shirt to some of our favorite causes. You can see a list here!
